Humanedge: C-Suite Excellence for Credit Unions
Overview
The credit union industry is changing. C-Suite turnover has accelerated, financial services competition is evolving (and intensifying), and employee and consumer expectations have shifted. At the same time, the purpose remains. It is critical to develop and prepare future-ready leaders, poised to carry credit union purpose forward with refined and improved executive skills necessary in the current competitive landscape.
Recognizing that what got us here will not get us there, Humanidei and Hofheimer Strategy Advisors have partnered to reimagine the future of CEO readiness. This innovative two-year program will create future-ready CEOs, prepared to step into your succession plan and carry your credit union forward to success using a powerful blend of assessments, one-on-one coaching, cohort discussions, and curated in-person learning moderated and delivered by industry experts.
Key Components
- In-Person and Virtual gatherings facilitated by Industry Expert Instructors Tracie Kenyon, Jill Nowacki, and George Hofheimer, and invited industry leaders as guest instructors.
- Monthly one-on-one coaching delivered by Certified Executive Coaches.
- Monthly Leadership Circle cohorts to build trust and collaboration with other participants.
- Assessments and learning tools that center development conversations in critical neuroscience and development research. Sample assessments include: Harrison Assessment, Big 5, Senior Leadership Competency, Emotional Intelligence, DISC.
- Alumni Support: Continued support through online platforms, chat rooms, and virtual learning are offered to all program alumni.
